Shadows and The Winding Path

Another photo from a morning ride……Titled  –  “Shadows and The Winding Path”

I love the way the shadows stretch out across the landscape forming distinctive patterns and shapes.

Also the contrast of the looping path in the distance against the angular fence-like shadows in the foreground excite me.

Probably the most powerful element of this image for me is being drawn into a center area

which invites you, beckons you to come inside

and discover what lies inside and beyond it…..maybe like the yellow brick road…..
