I came across this man feeding a great variety of birds in a park.

I wondered……..who gets the greatest pleasure……the giver or the receiver?

  1. Possibly the man, I don’t think the geese and ducks are depending on him feed them, they can always find their own. For the man it could possibly mean one less lonely moment in his day or, if he’s a busy man, a peaceful moment in his day.

    • I thnk you are absolutely right Meta. The man had so much joy on his face. I wish I had been better able to capture it. When this photo was taken he was just finishing up. Much bread had been given.
      Although not stated may I suggest this in a wider sense too. Who benefits most in giving and receiving?
