Another new charcoal drawing…. Title : Cinerama Panorama Or Fragrance Of Mystery
When the title Cinerama Panorama came to me I began to research what Cinerama was all about.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinerama
Basically they used 3 cameras to project onto a huge curved screen. It is a bit like what Cezanne did with his art…. creating different points of view which lead to Picasso’s Cubism.
Then I discovered that in 1960 “Smell-O-Vision” was invented and the first movie was called Scent Of Mystery……hence the second title.
So here is some further insight into how this all came about.

Thanks for explaining the title, I was wondering…
This is yet another gem Robert, you’re inspiring me to look for my box of burnt sticks…
As you know John titles are an artform in themselves. I am always amazed when something comes to me which I have no knowledge about…. such as Cinerama. Then I “see” the link. It is so exciting.
Also great when I inspire you…….to do anything! Thanks mate.
I was very interested in your explanation above!

Thank you Anna for taking the time to understand and appreciate my art more.
