This is a new painting which was inspired by a poem I had written a little while ago….

The Embrace

Words are percolating from my soul

A distant place which I embrace with all my heart

Touch not the embers of forgotten dreams

But embrace the light of a new day and hold it softly within your bossom

The joy extinguishes the pain

And gives us reason to refrain from sorrow.

For too long we have suffered needlessly

Not realizing that our destination is our choice and how we travel there.

The tableau of my life is writ anew.
